You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service
One account per person; multiple accounts are not permitted

4. Credits and Payments

New accounts receive 10 free credits
Additional credits can be purchased through PayPal
Credits do not expire
Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as required by law
We reserve the right to change credit pricing at any time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload photos that contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Upload photos of individuals without their consent
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
Resell or redistribute generated images commercially without permission

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating birthday celebration images. Generated images are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. The Service, including its design, code, and branding, remains our intellectual property.

7. Generated Content

Generated images are stored for a limited period (typically 7 days)
We do not guarantee the quality or accuracy of generated images
AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results
If generation fails, credits used will be refunded automatically

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, unused credits will be forfeited unless required otherwise by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
